2019 Appointment Reservations
We respect your schedule and the time you have booked with us here at Uptown Curl. Please be mindful of our team and respect their time and financial obligation to holding your appointment time.
All clients receive an automated text message reminder and email, via or booking system with a list of the services to be provided. These automated messages are sent out 48-hours in advance.
When a you do not give more than 24-hours notice, our stylists are unable to fill that appointment time with new or waitlisted client.
Any cancelled appointment without 24-hours notice will incur the full service charge for the existing booking.
Additionally, Uptown Curl reserves the right to charge clients for late arrivals and existing bookings.
If a client books for a service and upon arrival decides to have a different or less than services completed, Uptown Curl reserves the right to charge for the services as originally booked.
